Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, client-focused service to cultivate long-term relationships and trust.
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to advise clients in-person and remotely.
- Leverage digital selling tools, in-store technology and omni‑channel/fleetwide inventory to source and close sales.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through strategic outreach.
- Use social media and digital outreach to attract and engage clients and drive purposeful traffic.
- Adapt presentation and merchandising based on whether clients are remote or in-person.

Qualifications
