Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized styling, outreach, and follow-up both in-store and via digital channels.
- Achieve individual sales, conversion and wardrobing targets through proactive prospecting, outreach and use of digital selling tools.
- Provide expert product and brand knowledge, advising clients on fit, styling and trends relevant to men's apparel.
- Utilize omni-channel tools and fleetwide inventory to source product, fulfill requests and close sales.
- Leverage social media and digital platforms to drive intentional foot traffic and remote sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create a positive work environment and participate in store initiatives and promotions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Demonstrated retail or fashion styling experience, ideally within men's apparel.
- Prior commission sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
- Comfortable and experienced with digital selling tools and technology-enabled client engagement.
- Flexible availability to work a retail schedule, including nights, weekends and peak periods.

Experience in fashion retail and styling with demonstrated success in commission-based roles and digital selling. Familiarity using store digital tools and omni-channel inventory to support remote and in-person clients.
