Role & Responsibilities
- Provide elevated, client-focused selling and styling to build long-term client relationships both in-store and through digital outreach.
- Leverage digital store technology, selling tools and social media to engage clients, execute outreach and drive conversions.
- Achieve individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through proactive prospecting and follow-up.
- Differentiate product presentation and sales approach for remote versus in-person clients, utilizing omni-channel and fleetwide inventory.
- Strategize and manage personal business using wardrobing, outreach and technology to increase productivity.
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive work environment and support team initiatives.
- Work onsite and reliably cover assigned weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven track record in fashion retail, styling or commission-based sales.
- Comfortable and experienced with digital selling tools, remote selling and social media outreach.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to set and meet sales goals and maintain a flexible schedule.

Experience in fashion retail or personal styling with commission sales exposure and demonstrated use of digital tools for client outreach and remote selling is preferred.
