Neiman Marcus is hiring a Selling Advisor – Men's (Weekends) in Dallas, TX. Onsite role focused on menswear styling, omni-channel sales and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, client-focused selling both in-store and via digital channels, building long-term client relationships and trust.
- Demonstrate expert menswear styling and product knowledge to guide wardrobe curation and conversions.
- Use selling tools, digital store technology and omni-channel inventory to source product and close sales.
- Execute targeted outreach and social media engagement to drive traffic and support personal sales goals.
- Meet and exceed personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through strategic business planning.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to maintain a positive work environment and deliver a cohesive client experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in fashion retail, styling or menswear sales, ideally on a commission basis.
- Comfortable and experienced with digital selling tools, omni-channel workflows and social media outreach.
- Demonstrated ability to set, track and achieve personal sales goals.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.

Experience working in fashion retail or menswear sales with a track record of commission-based results, demonstrated styling ability, and experience selling to clients using digital and omni-channel tools.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 10 to USD 25 per hour.
