Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through elevated selling practices and personal engagement
- Demonstrate expert styling, brand knowledge, and fashion trend authority in both in-person and digital environments
- Utilize omni-channel selling tools and digital store technology to service clients and access fleetwide inventory
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion rates, and wardrobing goals
- Strategize individual business development to increase productivity through wardrobing, client outreach, and technology usage
- Leverage digital tools and social media platforms to connect with clients and drive intentional store traffic

Qualifications
- Proven styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience
- Commission sales experience
- Proficiency with digital selling tools and technology platforms

Experience
