Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships through elevated, personalized selling and exemplary service.
- Provide expert styling and brand guidance in-person and via remote/digital channels, positioning product for different client contexts.
- Utilize digital store technology, selling tools, omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to source product and close sales.
- Execute targeted outreach and wardrobing strategies to drive conversion, repeat visitation and client lifetime value.
- Achieve individual sales, conversion and wardrobing targets and manage a personal business plan to increase productivity.
- Leverage social media and digital tools to generate intentional traffic and broaden client engagement.
- Foster a collaborative, positive store environment and report performance and client activity to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency required.
- Demonstrable experience in fashion retail or luxury selling, including commission-based sales.
- Proven ability to use digital selling tools and remote clienteling platforms.
- Strong styling capability and authoritative knowledge of fashion trends and brand assortments.
- Self-motivated with a flexible schedule and clear goal orientation.

Demonstrable experience in fashion or luxury retail with a track record of commission-based selling and proficiency using digital clienteling tools; prior styling or personal-shopping experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 17.10 per hour.
