Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, client-centric service through personalised styling and relationship-building for women's footwear clientele.
  • Achieve individual sales, conversion and wardrobing targets through disciplined prospecting, outreach and follow-up.
  • Leverage digital store technology, selling tools and fleetwide inventory to sell both in‑store and remotely.
  • Present product with authority, adapting merchandising and storytelling for remote versus in‑person clients.
  • Use social media and digital outreach to cultivate traffic, engage clients and expand personal business.
  • Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive team environment and support store initiatives.

Qualifications
