Role & Responsibilities
- Build and sustain client relationships through elevated, consultative selling in-store and via remote outreach.
- Provide expert styling and product knowledge for women’s footwear to drive wardrobe solutions and repeat business.
- Leverage selling tools, digital store technology and omni-channel inventory to locate product and close sales.
- Achieve personal sales, conversion and wardrobing targets; manage and grow an individual client book.
- Use digital tools and social media to engage clients, generate intent-driven traffic and execute outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment and support store initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission-based retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or footwear.
- Demonstrated styling or fashion retail background with strong product and trend awareness.
- Comfortable using digital selling tools, remote selling platforms and omni-channel inventory systems.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours; ability to report onsite to the Sales Manager.
