Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated selling, personalized styling and exceptional customer service.
- Sell in-person and remotely using digital outreach and the store’s selling technology to convert clients and close transactions.
- Demonstrate expert styling and product knowledge for women's footwear, advising clients on trends, fit and wardrobe integration (wardrobing).
- Leverage selling tools, omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to source product and complete sales across channels.
- Achieve individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through proactive outreach and business strategizing.
- Use digital tools and social media to engage clients and drive intentional store traffic.
- Foster a collaborative, positive work environment with peers and store leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals; motivated and target-driven.
- Experience selling on commission and meeting individual sales quotas.
- Experience in styling, fashion retail or luxury footwear sales.
- Comfortable using technology for remote selling and client outreach.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Flexible schedule to support store hours and client needs.
