Role & Responsibilities
- Execute consultative selling behaviours to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a personalised clientele through proactive outreach, follow-up and relationship management.
- Maintain expert product knowledge of brands and seasonal kidswear assortments to deliver tailored recommendations.
- Collaborate with vendor partners and merchandising teams to maximise sales at promotional events and client-building initiatives.
- Support in-store activations, trunk shows and other ‘retail-tainment’ events to drive traffic and conversion.
- Perform ad hoc store responsibilities as required to support operations and the client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven, measurable sales performance in retail — ideally within luxury or specialty apparel.
- Client-focused orientation with demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated and comfortable working to targets.
- Strong product passion and knowledge of fashion, particularly children’s apparel preferred.
- Dependable team player who contributes constructive ideas to improve processes and client service.

Experience
Demonstrated retail sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals; experience in luxury, department store, or specialty children’s apparel is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant retail certifications preferred.
