Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, individualized customer service to build long-term client relationships and maximize sales.
- Execute consultative selling techniques to meet and exceed individual and store sales plans.
- Develop and grow a personal clientele through proactive outreach and clienteling.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across the children’s assortment and present merchandise with fashion authority.
- Collaborate with vendor partners and internal teams to execute client events, trunk shows and promotional activities that drive traffic and sales.
- Support store operations with ad hoc responsibilities as required to ensure a premium shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Proven sales orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets; client-focused mindset.
- Demonstrable passion and knowledge of fashion, specifically children’s apparel or related categories preferred.
- Highly motivated, goal-driven and dependable with a proactive approach to improving sales performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to cultivate rapport with diverse clientele.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with vendor partners and cross-functional store teams.

Experience
Proven retail sales experience and demonstrated ability to build and maintain a client base; experience in luxury, multi-brand or children’s apparel is preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or credentials in fashion, retail or related disciplines are a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 10 to USD 35 per hour.
