Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, client-centric selling in-person and via digital channels, cultivating long-term relationships and trust with clientele.
- Demonstrate expert styling and product knowledge specific to jewelry; advise clients on trends, fit and wardrobe integration.
- Use digital selling tools, social media and omnichannel inventory to source product, conduct outreach, and close sales.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing objectives through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Strategize individual business development to grow productivity using technology, wardrobing and targeted clienteling.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive, high-performing sales environment and drive intentional traffic.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency required.
- Proven commission-based retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or jewelry.
- Demonstrated experience using digital selling tools, social media and remote-client engagement.
- Strong styling sensibility and authoritative knowledge of fashion and jewelry brands.
- Flexible availability to support store hours and peak retail periods.

Previous retail sales experience with commission structure, ideally in fashion or jewelry; demonstrable success using digital tools and social media to acquire and convert clients and meet sales targets.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.90 per hour.
