Role & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain high-value client relationships through proactive outreach, personalized styling, and exceptional in-person and remote service.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales, client conversion, and wardrobing targets through strategic business planning and disciplined follow-up.
  • Utilize omni-channel selling tools, fleetwide inventory, and digital store technology to identify, source and close sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product and brand knowledge to advise clients on styling, trends, and luxury jewelry selection.
  • Leverage social media and digital outreach to drive intentional traffic and expand the personal client book.
  • Contribute to a collaborative store environment and support team initiatives that enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in commission-based retail selling, preferably in fashion, accessories or fine jewelry.
  • Demonstrable styling and fashion retail experience with the ability to advise clients across occasions and price points.
  • Comfortable and experienced with digital selling tools, remote client engagement and social media outreach.
  • Motivated, target-driven with strong organisational skills and the ability to strategize personal business growth.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; flexibility to work retail hours, including nights, weekends and peak shopping periods.
