Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated selling, personalised styling and proactive outreach.
- Achieve individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets using in-store and digital selling techniques.
- Demonstrate authoritative product and brand knowledge specific to jewelry assortments and trends.
- Leverage selling tools, digital store technology and omni-channel / fleetwide inventory to locate product and close sales.
- Use digital tools and social media to generate client engagement, guide traffic and support targeted outreach.
- Strategise personal business activity (wardrobing, outreach, technology use) to increase productivity.

Qualifications

- Proven commission-selling experience and a results-driven sales orientation.

- Flexible availability to meet retail scheduling needs.
