Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated, personalized selling both in-store and remotely.
- Demonstrate authoritative product and brand knowledge specific to jewelry, and provide expert styling advice.
- Leverage digital store technology, omni-channel inventory and clienteling tools to source product and close sales.
- Drive personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals through targeted outreach and follow-up.
- Use social media and digital outreach to connect with clients and stimulate intentional traffic.
- Create a collaborative, positive work environment and contribute to team objectives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission-based retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion or jewelry.
- Demonstrable styling and fashion retail background with strong brand awareness.
- Comfortable and experienced using digital selling tools and remote clienteling technologies.
- Flexible availability to meet retail scheduling needs.
