Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through personalised selling, expert styling and proactive outreach.
- Deliver elevated in-store and remote selling using digital tools, mobile devices and omni-channel inventory to convert clients and achieve sales targets.
- Apply product and brand expertise to advise clients on fine jewelry selections and wardrobe integration (wardrobing).
- Strategize personal business development to increase productivity via targeted outreach, social media engagement and technology usage.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive work environment and drive intentional traffic to the jewelry floor.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals; motivated and target-driven.
- Experience selling to clients using digital tools and omni-channel technology.
- Styling, fashion or fashion-retail experience with specific knowledge of jewelry desirable.
- Commission sales experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Flexible schedule to meet store needs, including evenings and weekends.
