Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated in-person and digital selling and personalised styling.
- Deliver expert brand and product knowledge specific to jewelry, applying styling and wardrobing techniques to increase sales and client retention.
- Engage clients using omnichannel tools — digital outreach, social media and remote selling technologies — to generate traffic and close sales.
- Leverage store selling tools and fleetwide inventory to locate product, execute transactions and fulfil client requests.
- Achieve individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through proactive outreach and strategic account management.
- Adapt presentation and product storytelling for remote versus in-store consultations.
- Foster a collaborative, service-focused team environment on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency required.
- Proven commission-based retail sales experience, preferably within luxury, fashion or jewelry.
- Demonstrated styling or fashion retail experience with strong brand awareness.
- Comfortable using digital selling tools, social media and store technologies for client outreach and sales.
- Self-motivated, target-driven with a flexible schedule to meet retail hours.

Experience
Previous retail sales experience in a commission-driven environment, ideally within luxury, fashion or jewelry; demonstrated success with digital selling and client relationship management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalency required.
