Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and deepen client relationships through personalised, elevated selling and outstanding customer service both in-store and via remote/digital channels.
- Demonstrate authoritative styling and product knowledge specific to fine and fashion jewelry; advise clients on assortment, fit and complementary pieces.
- Employ digital selling tools, social media and omnichannel inventory systems to source product, manage orders and drive conversions.
- Leverage wardrobing and personalised outreach strategies to expand individual client business and achieve sales targets and conversion goals.
- Differentiate presentation and selling approach based on whether the client interaction is in-person or remote, optimising the customer experience accordingly.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive, team-oriented environment and support merchandising or event initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Proven motivation and a demonstrable track record of setting and achieving sales goals, preferably on a commission basis.
- Experience selling luxury apparel or jewelry, with hands-on styling and fashion retail background.
- Comfortable and experienced with digital selling technologies and social media for client outreach and remote sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Flexible availability to support store hours and seasonal peaks.

Prior experience in luxury retail sales or fine jewelry sales is preferred, including commission-based selling and demonstrable success using digital tools to engage and convert clients.
