Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated, personalized selling and exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate expert styling and product knowledge for jewelry assortments; advise clients both in-store and remotely.
- Use omni‑channel selling tools, digital store technology and fleetwide inventory to source and close sales.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through strategic outreach and productivity planning.
- Leverage social media and digital outreach to drive intentional traffic and strengthen client engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, team‑oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven success in commission or quota-driven retail sales, preferably in luxury or jewelry.
- Experience with styling, fashion or luxury retail environments.
- Comfortable and experienced with digital selling tools and omni‑channel workflows.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.

Experience
Previous retail sales experience in luxury goods or jewelry with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets; experience selling via digital channels and working on commission preferred.
