Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients through elevated selling, personalised service and style advice.
- Deliver expert styling and product knowledge for fine jewelry, adapting presentation for in-person and remote clients.
- Use selling tools, digital store technology and omni-channel/fleetwide inventory to identify and convert sales opportunities.
- Achieve individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets; strategize outreach to grow personal business.
- Leverage digital tools and social media to engage clients and drive intentional store and online traffic.
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive work environment and support team goals.
Qualifications
- Proven motivation and ability to set and achieve sales goals in a commission-driven environment.
- Experience selling to clients using digital tools and retail technologies.
- Practical styling, fashion or fashion-retail experience—preferably with fine jewelry.
- Commission sales experience and demonstrated clienteling skills.
- High school diploma or equivalency required.
- Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 10 to USD 25 per hour.
