Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through personalised service, styling and proactive outreach.
- Deliver expert product and brand knowledge specific to jewelry, providing tailored wardrobe and styling recommendations.
- Use selling tools, digital store technology and omni-channel/fleetwide inventory to research, present and close opportunities both in-store and remotely.
- Adapt presentation and merchandising approaches depending on whether the client is remote or in-person.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through strategic clienteling and outreach.
- Leverage social media and digital tools to drive intentional traffic and nurture client relationships.
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive store environment and support team-selling initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales aptitude with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets; commission sales experience preferred.
- Experience in styling, fashion or jewelry retail with demonstrable product knowledge.
- Comfortable using digital selling tools and social media platforms to engage clients and close sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Flexible availability to support varied store hours and client appointments.
