Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain long‑term relationships with clients through elevated, personalized selling and exceptional customer service.
- Deliver expert styling and product knowledge for intimate apparel; advise clients in person and via digital channels.
- Use digital selling tools, social media and store technology to conduct outreach, showcase product, and convert remote and in‑store clients.
- Leverage omni‑channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs and maximize sales opportunities.
- Set and pursue personal sales, conversion and wardrobing targets; strategize outreach and merchandising to grow individual productivity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment and contribute to store initiatives and activations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals in a commission environment.
- Demonstrated experience styling and selling intimate apparel or fashion merchandise.
