Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated, personalized selling and exceptional service across in-store and digital channels.
- Deliver expert styling and product knowledge; present assortments differently for remote versus in-person clients using wardrobing techniques.
- Use omni-channel selling tools, digital store technology and fleetwide inventory to identify and close sales opportunities.
- Achieve individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through proactive outreach and technology-enabled selling.
- Leverage social media and digital tools to engage clients and drive intentional store traffic.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, client-focused work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven success in commission-driven retail sales environments.
- Demonstrable experience in fashion styling or fashion retail.
- Comfortable using digital selling platforms and social media for client engagement.
- Flexible availability to meet retail scheduling needs.
