Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated, personalised selling and exceptional customer service.
- Deliver expert styling and authoritative brand/product knowledge for handbags and accessories.
- Leverage digital selling tools, social media and omni-channel inventory to sell both in-store and remotely.
- Execute wardrobing and targeted outreach to increase client conversion and lifetime value.
- Meet and exceed individual sales, conversion and wardrobing targets; track and strategise personal business performance.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive, client-focused retail environment.
- Operate on-site at the assigned store and report to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission-based sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion or accessories.
- Demonstrable styling or fashion retail experience with strong product and brand knowledge.
- Comfortable using digital selling platforms, omni‑channel tools and social media for client outreach.
- Motivated, target-driven with a flexible schedule to support store hours and client needs.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in commission sales within fashion retail or luxury accessories is required; demonstrated success with digital selling and client outreach is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 10 to USD 30 per hour.
