Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated, personalized selling both in-store and remotely.
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge specific to handbags and accessories.
- Use digital selling tools, social media and in-store technology to engage clients, manage outreach and convert sales.
- Leverage omni-channel and fleetwide inventory (wardrobing) to present relevant product assortments to clients.
- Achieve individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through proactive outreach and strategic merchandising.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, client-focused store environment.
Qualifications
