Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated selling, styling and personalised service on- and offline.
- Demonstrate authoritative product and brand knowledge for handbags and accessories; deliver expert styling and wardrobing advice.
- Use digital selling tools, social media and store technology to source inventory, engage remote clients and convert sales.
- Leverage omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfil client needs and achieve sales and conversion targets.
- Strategise individual business through targeted outreach, technology usage and social engagement to increase productivity.
- Contribute to a collaborative store environment and support team goals.
- Work scheduled shifts including Friday, Saturday and Sunday (typically 6–7.5 hours per shift).
Qualifications
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals; commission-selling experience preferred.
- Experience using digital tools and technology for client outreach and remote selling.
- Background in styling, fashion or luxury retail with strong product and trend awareness.
- Flexible availability including weekend scheduling.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience in fashion retail or luxury selling, including commission-based sales and use of digital tools to engage and convert clients; styling or accessories specialization preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.05 to USD 21.32 per hour.
