Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, client-focused selling experiences in-store and via digital/remote channels to build long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrate expert styling and product knowledge of handbags and related categories to drive conversion and average transaction value.
- Leverage digital store technology, omni‑channel tools and fleetwide inventory to locate product, close sales and service clients.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through proactive outreach and strategic clienteling.
- Use social media and other digital tools to engage clients and generate intentional store traffic.
- Collaborate with colleagues to sustain a positive, service-oriented sales floor environment.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals; experience in commission-based selling preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in styling, fashion or luxury retail.
- Comfortable using digital selling tools and technology for remote and in-person client engagement.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, as required by retail operations.
