Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and deepen client relationships through personalized service, elevated styling and proactive outreach.
- Drive omnichannel sales using in-store and digital selling techniques, achieving individual sales, conversion and wardrobing targets.
- Leverage selling tools, digital store technology and fleetwide inventory to locate product and close sales for both in-person and remote clients.
- Demonstrate authoritative product and brand knowledge for handbags and accessories; provide expert styling advice.
- Strategize and manage a personal client portfolio to increase productivity via targeted outreach, social media and digital tools.
- Create a collaborative, positive work environment that supports team goals and store initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission-based sales experience, preferably in luxury retail or accessories.
- Demonstrated styling, fashion and fashion-retail experience with strong product and brand knowledge.
- Comfortable and experienced using technology for outreach and selling (digital tools, social media).
- Motivated, target-driven with the ability to manage a flexible work schedule.

Previous experience selling on commission in a fashion or luxury retail environment is required, with demonstrated success in clienteling, styling and using digital channels to engage and convert remote customers.
