Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, client‑first selling experiences in‑store and via digital channels, cultivating long‑term client relationships.
- Provide expert styling and authoritative brand/product knowledge to position and sell curated gift and fashion assortments.
- Leverage selling tools, digital store technology and omni‑channel/fleetwide inventory to locate product and close sales.
- Execute wardrobing strategies and remote selling techniques to increase client conversion and average transaction value.
- Proactively manage a personal book of business through targeted outreach, social media engagement and technology‑enabled follow up.
- Collaborate with colleagues and the store leadership to create a positive, service‑oriented work environment and drive team results.
Qualifications
- Proven motivation to meet and exceed personal sales goals in a commission environment.
- Demonstrated ability to sell using digital tools and remote outreach; comfortable with store technology for clienteling.
- Styling, fashion retail or visual merchandising experience with an ability to translate trends into client recommendations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as required by store operations.
