Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain long‑term client relationships through elevated in‑person and digital selling and personalised styling.
- Demonstrate authoritative brand and product knowledge to advise clients and close sales, including gift-focused recommendations and wardrobing.
- Use store selling technology, remote selling tools and omni‑channel inventory to service clients and convert leads.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales, conversion and wardrobing targets through proactive outreach and strategic business planning.
- Leverage social media and digital tools to engage clients, drive intentional traffic and support remote selling activity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment and contribute to store performance and visual standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission‑based retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury segments.
- Demonstrable experience in styling, fashion retail or personal shopping.
- Comfortable using digital selling tools and technology for remote and in‑store client engagement.
- Motivated, target‑driven with a flexible availability to meet store scheduling needs.

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales—ideally within fashion or luxury—working on a commission basis and using digital clienteling or remote selling tools. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage personal client portfolios.
Education
