Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated, personalized selling and styling
- Deliver expert product and brand advice for fashion accessories both in-store and via remote/digital channels
- Use omnichannel selling tools, fleetwide inventory and store technology to research, present and close sales
- Drive personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets while planning outreach to grow individual business
- Leverage social media and digital platforms to engage clients and generate intentional store and digital traffic
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive, client-focused work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in fashion retail, styling, or accessory merchandising
- Demonstrated success in commission-based selling or meeting sales targets
- Comfortable using digital selling tools and social media for client outreach
- Flexible schedule to support retail hours and events

Experience
Experience in fashion retail and styling with a track record of commission or target-driven sales; familiarity selling to clients both in-person and remotely using digital tools is preferred.
