Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated selling and personalised service, both in-store and digitally.
- Demonstrate expert styling and product knowledge for dresses and related assortments to advise clients with authority.
- Use digital selling tools, social media and omni-channel platforms to source, convert and service clients.
- Leverage wardrobing strategies and fleetwide inventory to increase average transaction value and client wardrobe penetration.

Qualifications

- Motivated self-starter with the ability to set and achieve sales goals and maintain a flexible schedule.
