Neiman Marcus in San Francisco hiring a Selling Advisor - Designer Sportswear. Onsite role focused on luxury sales, clienteling and digital selling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate long-term client relationships through elevated selling, personalised styling and attentive clienteling both in-store and remotely.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through strategic outreach and effective use of omni-channel inventory.
- Leverage digital store technology and selling tools to research assortment, present product and close sales across channels.
- Tailor presentation and product selection to the context (remote vs. in-person) and the client’s lifestyle.
- Use social media and digital outreach to drive intentional traffic and expand individual client base.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive, client-focused environment and support team objectives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency required.
- Proven commission-based retail selling experience, preferably within fashion or luxury apparel.
- Demonstrated styling and product knowledge for designer sportswear and contemporary fashion.
- Comfortable and experienced with digital selling tools, omni-channel processes and remote client engagement.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and peak retail hours.
Experience
Prior experience in luxury or fashion retail with commission-based selling and demonstrated success meeting sales targets; experience using digital tools for outreach and omni‑channel selling.
Education
High school diploma / GED required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 25.30 per hour.
