Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized styling and elevated customer service.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets; manage and grow an individual client book.
- Utilize digital selling tools, social media and omni‑channel inventory to prospect, present product and close sales both in-store and remotely.
- Demonstrate authoritative product and brand knowledge; translate trends into tailored recommendations for clients.
- Strategize and execute outreach and merchandising (wardrobing) plans to drive repeat business and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive, service-driven work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven commission-based sales experience in fashion or luxury retail.
- Demonstrable styling, fashion knowledge and experience with client-facing selling.
- Comfortable using digital selling tools and social media for outreach and conversion.
- Motivated, target-driven with the ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; flexible availability to meet business needs.
