Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients through personalized, elevated selling and exceptional service.
- Provide expert styling advice and brand knowledge in person and via digital channels to drive wardrobe-selling and conversion.
- Leverage digital selling tools, omni-channel inventory and in-store technology to locate product and execute sales.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets; proactively strategize outreach and business planning to grow productivity.
- Use social media and digital platforms to engage clients and generate intentional foot traffic and remote sales.
- Foster a collaborative, positive work environment aligned with store objectives and team performance.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to set and achieve individual sales goals.
- Experience selling on commission and meeting performance metrics.
- Comfortable using technology and selling to clients via digital tools and remote channels.
- Background in styling, fashion and fashion retail preferred.
