Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated, personalised selling and exceptional service in-store and via digital channels.
- Deliver expert styling and brand guidance for designer ready-to-wear assortments, adapting presentation for remote and in-person clients.
- Leverage digital selling tools, social media and omni-channel/fleetwide inventory to prospect, engage and convert clients.
- Achieve personal sales, conversion and wardrobing targets through proactive outreach and strategic merchandising of client assortments.
- Strategise individual business development to increase productivity using technology-enabled outreach and wardrobing techniques.
- Foster a collaborative, positive work environment and contribute to team objectives and store initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission-based sales experience within fashion retail or luxury sales.
- Strong styling background and demonstrable knowledge of designer ready-to-wear and current trends.
- Comfortable using digital selling tools and social media for client outreach and conversion.
- Self-motivated, target-driven with the ability to manage a flexible schedule.

Practical experience selling fashion or luxury apparel with a track record of commission sales, clientelling and styling; demonstrable familiarity with digital outreach and omni‑channel retail workflows.
