Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated selling, personalized styling and proactive outreach.
- Deliver expert product and brand knowledge—interpreting trends and styling for in-store and remote clients.
- Leverage omni-channel tools, digital store technology and fleetwide inventory to convert sales and service remote clients.
- Achieve and strategize toward personal sales, conversion and wardrobing targets using data-driven outreach and technology.
- Use social media and digital touchpoints to generate intentional traffic and strengthen client engagement.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive, client-centric environment and support merchandising initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission-sales experience in retail, preferably within fashion or luxury apparel.
- Demonstrated styling or fashion retail experience with strong product and trend knowledge.
- Comfortable and experienced with digital selling tools, remote selling and social media outreach.
- Motivated, target-driven with a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
