Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long‑term client relationships through elevated, personalized selling and exceptional service.
- Provide expert styling and brand/product knowledge for designer jewelry assortments.
- Adapt presentation and recommendations to remote clients versus in‑store shoppers.
- Leverage selling tools, digital store technology and omni‑channel/fleetwide inventory to close sales.
- Achieve individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets.
- Strategize and own personal business development through outreach, wardrobing and technology usage.
- Use social media and digital outreach to engage clients and drive intentional foot traffic and appointments.
- Foster a collaborative, positive work environment and partner with the store team; report to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission‑sales experience in fashion or luxury retail.
- Demonstrated styling or fashion retail background, ideally with designer jewelry.
- Comfortable and experienced with digital selling tools, omni‑channel workflows and social media outreach.
- Self‑motivated with a track record of setting and achieving sales goals.
- Flexible availability to meet store scheduling needs.
