Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long‑term client relationships through personalised selling, styling and follow‑up.
- Deliver expert product and brand advice for designer handbags, in person and via digital channels.
- Use selling tools, digital store technology and omni‑channel inventory to locate product and close sales.
- Meet and exceed personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets; strategize outreach to grow individual business.
- Leverage social media and digital outreach to generate intentional traffic and expand the client base.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive, service‑led work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Demonstrated success in commission or quota‑driven sales roles.
- Retail experience in styling, fashion or luxury goods, preferably with handbags or accessories.
- Comfortable using digital selling tools and social media for client outreach.
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of a retail schedule.

Experience
Experience in fashion retail and commission‑based selling with a track record of meeting sales goals; prior experience styling clients and selling designer accessories is highly preferred.
