Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a customer-centric approach and demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge across all product categories
- Utilize selling tools, digital store technology, and omni-channel inventory systems to serve clients both in-person and remotely
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion goals, and wardrobing objectives through strategic business planning
- Strategize individual business growth through effective wardrobing, client outreach, and technology adoption
- Employ digital tools and social media platforms to connect with clients and drive intentional store traffic
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment with colleagues and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Motivated individual with demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales goals
- Proficiency with technology and proven experience in digital client engagement and remote selling
- Strong styling, fashion, and luxury retail experience with commission-based sales background
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
