Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and deepen client relationships through elevated, personalized selling in-store and via remote/digital channels.
- Demonstrate expert styling and product knowledge; advise clients on trends and curate wardrobes (wardrobing) to drive conversion and average transaction value.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals through targeted outreach and proactive clienteling.
- Leverage selling tools, digital store technology and omni-channel/fleetwide inventory to locate product and close sales.
- Use social media and digital outreach to engage clients and generate intentional traffic.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to maintain a positive work environment and support store initiatives and activations.
