Role & Responsibilities

- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion metrics, and wardrobing goals through strategic outreach and technology usage
- Strategize individual business development to increase productivity through wardrobing recommendations, successful client outreach, and effective technology deployment
- Employ digital tools and social media platforms to connect with clients and guide intentional store traffic
- Showcase products appropriately for both remote and in-person clients based on their preferred engagement channel

Qualifications
- Proven experience in commission-based sales within fashion or luxury retail
- Demonstrated expertise in styling, fashion trends, and fashion retail operations
- Proficiency with technology platforms and digital selling tools

- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule
