Neiman Marcus is hiring a Selling Advisor - Gift Galleries in Dallas, TX. Onsite full-time retail role, $10–$25/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated, personalized selling both in-store and remotely.
- Demonstrate expert styling and product knowledge to advise clients and increase wardrobe sales.
- Use digital selling tools, social media and omni-channel technology to prospect, outreach and convert clients.
- Leverage omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to source product and close sales.
- Achieve individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through proactive business planning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment and drive intentional store traffic.
Qualifications
- Proven retail or fashion selling experience with demonstrable commission sales success.
- Comfortable and experienced with digital selling tools, remote selling and omni-channel workflows.
- Strong styling, fashion sensibility and the ability to present product with authority.
- Motivated, target-driven with the ability to plan and execute personal outreach strategies.
- High school diploma or equivalent and flexibility to work varied retail hours.

Experience
Previous experience in fashion retail or luxury sales, including commission-based roles and use of digital selling tools; demonstrable success meeting sales targets and styling clients in person and remotely.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
