Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated, personalised selling and exceptional service.
- Provide expert styling and product knowledge specific to cosmetics and beauty brands.
- Use digital store technology, omni‑channel inventory and fleetwide tools to locate product and close sales for both in-person and remote clients.
- Execute targeted outreach and wardrobing strategies to drive conversion and repeat business.
- Leverage social media and digital selling tools to generate client traffic and engagement.
- Meet personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets while collaborating with store colleagues to sustain a positive work environment.
Qualifications
