Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service and personal engagement.
- Serve clients in-store and digitally using current technology for outreach and selling.
- Discuss fashion and trends authoritatively, in person and digitally.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, and improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
- Showcase products appropriately for remote and in-person clients.
- Use selling tools and digital store technology, including omnichannel capabilities and fleetwide inventory.
