Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated selling, personalised styling and outstanding customer service.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets while contributing to store KPIs.
- Sell to clients both in-store and remotely using digital outreach, social media and omni-channel selling tools.
- Demonstrate authoritative product and trend knowledge to advise clients and build individual business.
- Use selling tools and digital store technology to access omni-channel and fleetwide inventory and close sales.
- Strategise outreach and client engagement to increase productivity and guide intentional traffic.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment with colleagues and support store initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission-based sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
- Demonstrated styling, fashion retail or personal-shopping experience.
- Comfortable and experienced with digital selling tools, social media outreach and omni-channel workflows.
- Motivated, target-driven with the ability to plan and execute outreach strategies.
- Flexible availability, including weekend shifts; role is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager.

Proven track record in commission-based retail sales with fashion/styling experience and practical use of digital selling tools and omni-channel client outreach.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
