Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, client-focused service and build long-term relationships to become trusted style confidantes for assigned clients.
- Sell both in-store and remotely using digital outreach tools, social media and omnichannel inventory to convert clients and grow wardrobe sales.
- Demonstrate authoritative product and styling knowledge across contemporary fashion assortments and advise clients on trends and wardrobe strategies.
- Leverage store technology and fleetwide inventory to locate product, process transactions and execute effective outreach.
- Set and achieve personal sales, conversion and wardrobing goals through proactive prospecting and follow-up.
- Strategize and manage a personal client book to increase productivity and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, service-driven environment and support store initiatives and visual merchandising.
- Track and document client interactions and opportunities according to store standards.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets; motivated and goal-oriented.
- Experience selling to clients using digital tools and store technology.
- Background in styling, fashion sales or luxury retail preferred.
- Prior commission-based sales experience is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Experience
Experience in fashion retail or luxury sales with a history of achieving personal sales goals and working on commission; demonstrated comfort using digital selling tools and social media for client outreach.
Education
High school diploma or equivalency required.
