Role & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain high-value client relationships through elevated in-person and digital selling and personalised styling.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product and brand knowledge to advise clients on fashion, trends and wardrobe curation (wardrobing).
  • Utilise selling tools, digital store technology and omni-channel/fleetwide inventory to locate product and close sales across channels.
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through strategic outreach and productivity planning.
  • Leverage social media and other digital tools to engage clients, drive intentional traffic and support remote selling.
  • Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive team environment and contribute to visual presentation and events.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven success in commission-based retail selling or client-facing sales roles.
  • Experience in fashion, styling or luxury apparel retail.
  • Comfortable using digital selling tools, social media and store technology for client outreach and transactions.
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales goals and manage a personal book of business.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
