Neiman Marcus is hiring a Selling Advisor (Contemporary) in Denver, CO. Onsite luxury retail role focused on clienteling, styling and omnichannel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised, elevated selling and exceptional customer service.
- Deliver expert styling and product knowledge for the Contemporary assortment in both in‑store and remote sales contexts.
- Use omnichannel selling strategies, digital store technology and fleetwide inventory to source and close sales.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals; develop outreach strategies to grow personal business.
- Leverage social media and digital outreach to drive intentional traffic and engage clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive team environment and contribute to store goals.
Qualifications
- Motivated, target‑oriented with proven ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Experience selling on commission and proven success in retail sales.
- Demonstrable styling, fashion or fashion‑retail experience with strong product knowledge.
- Comfortable using digital selling tools, omnichannel platforms and social media for client engagement.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak retail periods.

Prior experience in fashion retail and commission‑based selling is required; candidates should be proficient using digital selling tools and comfortable engaging clients both in person and remotely to meet sales targets.
