Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain enduring client relationships through elevated in‑person and remote selling and clienteling.
- Deliver expert styling advice and articulate brand and product knowledge to guide purchase decisions.
- Employ omnichannel selling techniques, leverage fleetwide inventory and digital store technology to convert prospects and fulfil orders.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through proactive outreach and strategic account planning.
- Utilize social media and digital tools to generate traffic, nurture prospects and maintain ongoing client engagement.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive, client‑focused work environment and support store initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency required.
- Proven ability to set, pursue and achieve sales goals; commission sales experience preferred.
- Demonstrable fashion styling or fashion‑retail experience with strong brand and trend awareness.
- Comfortable and experienced with digital selling tools, omni‑channel platforms and remote client engagement.
- Motivated, client‑centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible availability to work retail shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
Experience
Prior retail experience in fashion or luxury goods, with a history of commission‑based selling and digital clienteling. Demonstrated success meeting individual sales targets and using technology to drive customer engagement.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
